My shipping experience with Express Cargo USA LLC was very poor. A lack of communication and customer service, a final cost that was triple the estimate, a shipping time that was much, much longer than the expected delivery time, a lack of shipment tracking that was promised from the outset - paired with a final delivery to the wrong location - make me unable to recommend Express Cargo USA to other potential customers.

I had the contents of my one bedroom apartment packed and loaded by Express Cargo. They had a relationship with a local moving company that happened to be a Van Lines agent. This made me feel very comfortable as I know my stuff would be in good hands. Packers took 3 1/2 hours before leaving. They used fresh materials and nothing broke during the process (thank goodness). Shortly after pickup, I received the final invoice. It was higher than the estimate, but I figured it would be since I couldn't sell my tv and stand at the last minute. They gave me a break on the final price and they raised my insurance slightly, which I appreciated. When I finally received my goods, the other moving team was very helpful and for a small tip even carried some boxes to the 3rd floor attic. As they were offloading, I was checking the goods for damage so I could get them to record it before leaving. Thankfully, everything came back in great shape and my wife was very relieved. Overall, the experience was a very good one and I've already recommended Express Cargo to some business associates that are interested in relocating as well. I hope this helps others.

I've used Express Cargo to ship some boxes internationally including a flat screen TV , they've instructed me incase I am including a TV is to turn the TV Box inside out so that nobody recognize a valueble item is inside, and guess what happened, they place all the boxed i have on top of the TV wich was placed horizontaly as a base for the package, and the TV was damaged so badly, they ve sent me some photos to show the package and that how i knew, and evern though I have insurance on my shipment they refused to compensate me for their fault, they even did not respond to my emails, the bottom line is, yes Express Cargo will ship your stuff any where in the world BUT IT WILL BE DAMAGED TOO !!! WITHOUT NO COMPENSATION EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE WITH THEM !

My shipment was shipped with Express Cargo USA, they picked up my goods at my home and shipped my stuff directly to Argentina, everything turned out OK, it took a week more than what they promised but I think that was not a problem for me knowing that the shipping lines do not always get to destiny on time. I think the price was right, I spoke with the sales person and told him I was on a budget and he tried to keep me under that. In my expierience it was a good job done.

Moved from the Midwest to the UK. They were fine to deal with when you were talking to them, although they didn't always answer their phones. Our stuff did arrive about as intact as you could expect, but it took 12 weeks (they told us 6-7), and the bill was much higher than expected. They claim this is because our volume was a lot higher than the estimate from our inspection, because we had odd shaped items that left lots of wasted space on the palates they packed them onto for shipping. Not sure if I believe this, but if so we should have been given thorough warning before hand.
