| Hellas are hopeless. After sending me a quote I followed up with an email to accept the quote and to proceed with the freighting of my goods. I did not receive a reply. I then called them and naturally, was asked for my quote number. What foolwed was a massive waste of my time. I was first given some bluff about Korean customs and that I would need to pick up my cartons from the opposite end of the country (after explaining my needs, which are door-to-door). When I explained that this was not necessary because I recently moved freight with a different company (although received my good back broken and with pieces missing) and they did door to door. When I told the representative this, he said that the system had changed in the recent year. This was a bad move because I only relocated 3 months ago. Realising he had been called out on all this, he then went back to the start and asked for my quote number again. I then told him that according to the quote, 'door-to-door' was clearly identified on the quote. He then told me that the representative (Shadi) who had issued to quote was out of the office. I asked for him to contact me. 3 days later I emailed the same request. Hellas are clearly uninterested because they have not contacted me at all. I just wished that they had been upfront about it all and had not wasted my time giving me incorrect information just to get me off the phone. I realise that my removals are small (3metres3), but if they didn't want the job all they had to do was say so. I hope this feedback helps. | |

| They were pretty good in many ways. The guys who did the pickup and drop off wereparticularly good. However, the info was a bit underdone, and there were extra charges in NZ than they led me to believe would be the case. They were also fairly poor on communication at various points because one of their staff who was dealing with my shipment (who was very good) went back to his old country, and they didn't pass the account on I think. They were also not that helpful with insurance, and the insurance company they directed me to were not all that eager for my business I think. Also, the agent at the other end was a bit unclear as to when the goods would arrive, and then when they did there was almost no warning, meaning I had to rush home. But the gear got here in one piece, and not in bad time. | |
